Refund policy

At Hatch Coolers, we strive to ensure your order arrives quickly and smoothly. All Hatch Coolers orders are custom-made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for blank items and 7–10 business days for customized items before shipment. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

We gladly accept returns on all unused coolers within 30 days of the original purchase and will issue a refund for the item price. Please note that embroidered or custom coolers are final sale and not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
